E-mail Capabilities
PracticeMatch Portfolio allows you to send and track E-Mail using the embedded PracticeMatch Portfolio E-Mail system. You can E-Mail individual or multiple candidates, or even send messages to entire folders of candidates all at once. You can also send attachments with your messages.
PracticeMatch Portfolio's E-mail system sends full HTML-based E-mail messages. This allows our clients to make good use of colors, bolding, bullet points, embed photos, and other techniques to maximize the effectiveness of their E-mailing campaigns.
Each clients gets a personal PracticeMatch Portfolio E-mail account, which allows them to make use of PracticeMatch Portfolio's E-mail handling capabilities. Clients also have the option of sending E-mails out of PracticeMatch Portfolio using their personal E-Mail addresses. This allows all replies to go directly to their inbox, for those who find that more convenient.
